for Volunteer Tax Preparers for this year’s National VITA (Volunteer
Income Tax Assistance) program. The program provides FREE income tax
assistance for low income families, the elderly, and the disabled whose income
is $49,000 or less and individuals below $24,000 a year. This is a great
opportunity to serve your community while gaining valuable work experience.
Volunteers receive free training and are certified by the IRS. Last year the
VITA program brought just over $170,000 to the Glenn County economy through EITC
(Earned Income Tax Credit) and other tax refunds. VITA provides valuable
assistance to people by generating free financial education and tax
preparation. Volunteers should be prepared to donate 2 to 4 hours per week from

our Residential drivers are responsible for the collection and hand loading of
residential waste, as well as the transporting of this waste by a front-load or
rear-load truck to a landfill site. The position routinely requires

family/significant others. Uses a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches based
on the diagnostic assessment to minimize those stresses. Develops
psychotherapeutic interventions to bring about change in the patient,
implements treatment plans using a variety of psychotherapeutic
techniques. Refers to psychiatry as needed. Uses therapist's
understanding of group interact ional dynamics to diagnose and treat behavioral
maladaption, mental illness, or problems of a social relationship nature.
Uses therapist's understanding of family interactions, including marital,
parent-child and child-child relationships to diagnose the dysfunctional aspects
of familial relationships and provide treatment in an effort to improve or
resolve the identified problems. Uses diagnostic knowledge of the
patient's need(s) to make referrals to a variety of VA and non-VA resources in
support of the treatment objective of the patient. Performs other duties
as assigned.
